Chuck, it’s not too late to own a sport bike. Several manufacturers are coming out with full or near-full powered standards. BMW’s S1000R and the Aprilia Tuono spring to mind. I’m 51 years old, and decided that I wanted to own at least one full-on performance bike before I had to hang up my helmet. So I went out and put a deposit down on a KTM 1290 Super Duke R. In the past, I’ve restricted myself to ‘sensible’ motorcycles that I felt would be easy to fix and find parts for. This could be the biggest mistake I’ve ever made bike-wise, but what the heck. You’ve got live a little, right? So don’t give up hope.

Love the show, keep up the good work.
